1How much can I earn with RiverAffiliates?
We don’t have a limit as to how much you can earn with us, do you?
2Where can I see my commission earnings?
When you’ve logged into your account, you can see earnings on the main page, however, we recommend that you take a deeper dive and check one, or several, of the reports under “Reports” in the menu to the left.
3In what currency do you pay out my commission?
All earnings and pay-outs are made in €.
4Which payment options do you offer?
At RiverAffiliates we are offering the 3 most common payment options.

  • Skrill (former Moneybookers)
  • Neteller
  • Wire transfer
5When, and how often, do you pay out commissions?
At RiverAffiliates we pay our affiliates once a month. And we tend to make sure that all payments are done within the first 15 working days of the month, for earnings during previous month.
6What’s the minimum payout to affiliates?
The minimum payout depends on the payment method that you have chosen.
E-wallets (Skrill/Neteller): €50
Wire transfer: €100
7Negative carry over, is this something you utilize?
NO! We do not carry over any negative earnings into the next coming month. Each month start from 0, should you end your previous month on a negative amount.
8Is it possible to see the number of customers I have referred?
Yes! When you are logged into your affiliate account you will have access to all the data that you need in order to check different statuses, in this case, the numbers of customers.
9How often does the stats update?
In Omarsys, FTD and NDC count is updated every 4 hours. Impressions, clicks and registrations, every 5 minutes.
10Where can I get the tracking links?
All text links and images (banners) are available through your Omarsys affiliate account. Just go to Media in the menu, and enter the criteria that you need, and it will pop up in the search results.
11Does RiverAffiliates offer bonus codes?
Currently we do not offer any bonus codes.
12Can I offer the visitors to my website, an incentive in order to sign up?
You as an affiliate are not allowed to offer your own incentives. This also includes any sort of cashback offer/promotion.
13In what regions am I not allowed to promote your brand/s?
We are accepting customers from most countries, but, as you know, there are many countries that have hard restrictions, mainly due to licensing. At the moment, we DO NOT accept customers from the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Andorra, Angola, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Chad, Curacao, Costa Rica, Ivory Coast, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, Georgia, Guinea, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Samoa, Seychelles, Slovenia, Somalia, South Georgia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, The Netherlands, Turkmenistan, Uganda, UK, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
14Am I allowed to register a player account through my own affiliate link?
No! It is not allowed to register a player account through your own affiliate link. If this rule is not followed, we have good grounds to terminate your affiliate account. Both players and affiliates are breaking the T&C’s if player accounts are created through their own affiliate link in order to earn cashback on your losses.
15I own and operate several websites, am I still allowed to become one of your affiliates?
Yes! It is of course allowed to own and operate several websites when working with us. You don’t even have to create several affiliate accounts, one is enough, as long as you are creating specific site channels for each, in order to keep track of the different sites performances.
16Can you offer customized banners/ campaigns/html-mailers to your affiliates?
First let’s start with having a close dialogue, and then we will take it from there. If we see a good fit, we will be more than happy to cater for it, if needed.
17How are customers linked to my affiliate account?
When using tracking links provided to you through your affiliate account, all tracking will be automatic. Your account has unique trackers, that can only be linked to your affiliate ID. It is therefore important NOT to change the links before putting them live on your site. The links will track impressions, clicks, registrations and NDC’s/FTD’s.
18Which licenses do you have?
Currently we are holding a MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) gaming license. We are looking into and applying for other licenses as we speak as well, like UK and SE (when it will come to pass in 2019).
19Do you offer your affiliates testimonials links?
At the moment no. We are currently building up the affiliate program website, but maybe in the future this is something we will offer.
20Why should I work with such a new company as River?
We of course understand that this industry is very fluid and many companies go under quickly. However, RiverAffiliates is a part of much larger company and stock listed on the Norwegian stock market. We also have more brands in the making which will be launched in the near future. The people behind RiverAffiliates have been in the industry for many years and knows the “Do’s” and “Don’ts”. Our goal is to make RiverAffiliates and all our brands the best in the industry, and the go-to company in terms of iGaming.

Naturally we know that money is the main keyword in this industry, but rest assured, we have great funding behind us, and will ensure that you can trust us, to pay you!
21How, and where do I sign up as an affiliate?
We would recommend that you first and foremost read through our terms and conditions, which can be found in the bottom of the registration form. When you’ve gone through the T&C’s just fill in the form and submit. We will then review the application and contact you. We try to contact everyone signing up, so please make sure you leave a valid email address, and IM account, like Skype. After we’ve had a quick chat, we either approve or decline the application. In order to register, just click the registration button in top right corner.
